- 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta

- BECHAMEL:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
